FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At GolfNow.com we understand life happens, so we do our best to help our golfers reschedule their reservations if they need to. However, if your greens fees are due at the golf course, we are only able to change your reservation if the golf course gives us approval to do so.
If you would like to change your reservation, please contact Customer Service at (800) 846-3785, 8AM to 8PM EST.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on cancelled reservations.
If the golf course is closed due to inclement weather on your play date and you paid for your reservation in full online, we will refund 100 percent of your purchase. If your greens fees are due at the golf course, please contact Customer Service and we will seek approval from the golf course to refund your tee time reservation. If approval is not given by the golf course, your reservation will stand.
Each golf course is different, but most tee time reservations include green fees, access to the course and golf cart rental. If you are unsure what a specific reservation includes, please contact Customer Service at (800) 846-3785, 8AM to 8PM EST.
We work hard to keep our online tee time inventory as up-to-date as possible. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but in some cases, tee times may still be visible even though they have recently been booked.
If you do encounter an unavailable tee time during the booking process, we will display the next closest available tee time. To see if a tee time is available, simply start the booking process.
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold in our system for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process within five minutes, that tee time is removed from hold and reappears on our website.
We work with thousands of your favorite golf courses in order to offer our members the best prices on tee times. Based on agreements with those courses, some tee times require payment in full online, while others must be paid at the golf course.
